How can I delete my SkyTrade account?

Deleting your SkyTrade account is a simple process that can be completed directly within our mobile app. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

🔧 How to Delete Your Account:

1. Open the SkyTrade app and make sure you're signed in.

2. Go to Settings from the main navigation menu.

3. Scroll down and tap the red “Delete Account” button.

4. A confirmation dialog will appear—accept to proceed.

5. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered email address.

6. On iOS devices, you may be prompted with a secure sign-on (SSO) dialog—tap “Continue.”

7. Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted, and you'll be redirected to the “Get Started” screen.

❌ What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Your login credentials will no longer work.

• Your email address cannot be reused for a new account on SkyTrade.

• Your profile, preferences, and active sessions will be removed.

We retain certain transaction records and logs for technical accuracy and legal compliance. These are disassociated from your personal identifiers where possible, ensuring your privacy is respected while still supporting platform integrity.
